Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 18 March 2026
Our Commitment
Tech Studio X Ltd ("TechStudioX") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience of our website and strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
Standards We Follow
This website has been developed with reference to the following standards and regulations:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility.
- Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 — UK regulations requiring public sector bodies to meet accessibility standards.
- EN 301 549 — the European standard for digital accessibility of ICT products and services.
While TechStudioX is a private sector organisation, we apply these standards to our own website and to the systems we build for clients, including those in the public sector.
Measures We Take
We take the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout all pages.
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA requirements.
- Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements.
- Meaningful alternative text for images and media.
- Responsive design that functions across devices and screen sizes.
- Accessible form controls with appropriate labels and error messaging.
- Regular manual and automated accessibility testing during development.
Accessibility in Client Work
Accessibility is not limited to our own website. When delivering software for clients — particularly in the public sector and healthcare — we build accessibility into the development process from the outset:
- WCAG 2.1 AA conformance is a standard deliverable, not an optional extra.
- Accessibility requirements are defined during discovery and validated through testing.
- We conduct both automated accessibility scanning and manual testing with assistive technologies.
- Our engineers are trained in accessible design patterns and ARIA implementation.
Known Limitations
We are aware that some areas of this website may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, we encourage you to contact us so we can address them promptly.
