Any information delivered directly from AI sources must be verified for authenticity and accuracy. Where AI is used to verify existing work, the verification itself must be reviewed before any output is accepted or delivered.

AI is a tool in our process, not a replacement for professional engineering judgement.

TechStudioX is committed to aligning with recognised standards for the responsible use of artificial intelligence, including the principles of BS EN ISO 42001 (International Standard for AI Management Systems), as well as all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not input client confidential data or personal data into public AI services without explicit consent. Where AI tools are used, we ensure they comply with our data protection obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Sensitive project information, credentials, and personally identifiable data are never submitted to external AI platforms unless those platforms have been assessed for security, data handling, and compliance with our data protection policies.

Approved Tools

The company defines acceptable AI tools and platforms that may be utilised by staff in internal policies. Any exceptions to this approved list must be reviewed and approved by management before use.
